She took ownership of issues, such as arranging technical resources for customer projects within tight deadlines and making sure the customer was kept informed of progress at all stages. Another key responsibility for Sam was to maintain and capture customer data for online systems/databases to a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.

I can’t speak highly enough of Sam, not only is she an exceptional coach with a wide knowledge base to draw from, but her holistic approach to training has been key to the development and confidence building of my beautiful but sensitive Lusitano Mare. She has guided me through the intricacies of groundwork to enable me to back my Mare without a flicker of doubt or fear. Helping us to believe, trust and respect in each other. We are so lucky to have her.

The work of Prosecution and Legal services requires a high degree of accuracy, attention to detail and good communication skills, since Administrative Case Officers such as Samantha, carry out a number of functions which include processing Court papers, quality assuring evidence reports, liasing with Courts over listing dates and hearing dates, arranging for suitable representation which often requires liason with Solicitors and a considerable amount of customer contact with our Traffic Examiners and Vehicle Examiners who instigate the cases. I have no hesitation recommending Samantha to you.

Sam started as Assistant Head Girl in our busy competition yard and also helped us to set up the West Kington Stud in it's first season. The yard consists of approximately 25 stabled horses and approximately 30 mares, foals and growing youngstock out on 500 acres of grass and farmland. Sam became Head Girl and supervised the day to day running of the yard. She organised the handling of the mares and foals, sending horses off to competitions, handling clients as well as riding 2-3 horses a day. Sam was always cheeful but quiet, neat and tidy in her work and kept the yard well. She handled the staff effectively and was a very popular person both with clients and those she worked with on the yard.
